Procession for St Joseph

Saint Joseph, the adopted father of Jesus

Friday, March 19 is the Feast Day for St Joseph, and 2021 is the year of St Joseph, as declared by Pope Francis in this apostolic letter. This excellent pastoral letter describes St Joseph as:

1. A beloved father
2. A tender and loving father
3. An obedient father
4. An accepting father
5. A creatively courageous father
6. A working father
7. A father in the shadows

In honour of the earthly father of Jesus, our parish will be processing through the streets of St Stephen and St Andrew's with a statue of the saint. We invite you to come to your doorstep and reflect on St Joseph's life and ministry of wisdom, compassionate care, and faithfulness as he passes by.

Here are the times we will be driving by your neighbourhood:

    Milltown -- 1:00-1:30 pm
    St Stephen -- 1:45-2:45 pm
    St Andrew's -- 3:15-4:00 pm

All times are approximate. We will provide live updates from the procession on our parish Facebook page.
